I brought in my grandfather's Omega from the 1960s — hadn't been touched in years. The team was honest about what it needed and what it didn't. The watch came back running better than I'd ever known it, and every original part was in a small labelled bag alongside it. That detail meant a lot.

The Comprehensive Service was exactly what my Seiko needed. The timing is noticeably steadier and the case refinishing was done with restraint — they didn't try to make it look brand new, just clean and cared for. That matched my expectations perfectly.

Good experience overall. I had a dress watch that needed a new battery and the gasket checked. Quick, professional, and they sent a message when it was ready. Not much drama — which is exactly what I wanted. Only docking a star because I had to follow up once on the timeline, but they were apologetic and communicated well from then on.

I collect vintage Japanese movements and finding someone who actually knows them in KL is difficult. Raden looked at my piece and correctly identified the calibre without me prompting him. They sourced a replacement crown that matched the era. That kind of knowledge isn't common here.

My late mother's watch had been sitting in a drawer for years. The dial had some moisture spots and the movement had stopped. Nadia walked me through what could realistically be done and what the limitations were before we agreed to proceed. That honesty was reassuring — I felt like I was making an informed decision, not being sold to.

Sent in an automatic dive watch for a full service. They returned it with a timing report showing the regulated rate across positions. It was a small touch but it showed they actually checked. The watch now runs within a couple of seconds per day, which is better than when I first bought it.

In more detail
A closer look at some of our work
The challenge
A 1972 Swiss dress watch with a movement that had stopped running, a deteriorated mainspring, and moisture under the crystal that had begun to affect the dial surface.
What we did
Full disassembly, ultrasonic cleaning, new mainspring from a period-appropriate supplier, careful stabilisation of the dial surface, and a new mineral crystal. We documented every stage.
The result
Watch returned running at +6 seconds per day. Dial retained its original patina. Owner described the outcome as exceeding what they'd hoped for. Timeline: six weeks.
The challenge
A modern mechanical diver used regularly in open water around Langkawi — the owner noticed condensation inside the crystal after a dive and wanted a thorough check before trusting it again.
What we did
Comprehensive Service including full movement clean and service, all seals replaced, new crown tube fitted where the leak was confirmed, and pressure-tested to the watch's rated 200m specification.
The result
Watch passed water resistance testing without issue. Movement regulated to manufacturer spec. Owner returned to diving with confidence. Timeline: twelve working days.
The challenge
A family heirloom pocket watch of sentimental value, with a damaged balance staff and a cracked crystal in an unusual size. The owner's goal was preserving rather than upgrading.
What we did
Sourced a period-correct replacement balance staff via our network. Had an appropriate crystal cut to size. Cleaned and serviced the movement with minimal intervention to preserve its character.
The result
Movement running reliably. Crystal matched the period correctly. Original balance staff returned with the watch. The owner noted it looked as their grandmother had always described it. Timeline: eight weeks.
