Our approach to every watch
Regardless of which service you choose, every watch that comes through our doors follows the same careful intake process. It's logged, assessed, and treated with the same attention — whether it's a straightforward quartz service or a vintage piece requiring weeks of work.

Standard Maintenance
Ready within two to four working days
A reliable baseline service for watches in regular use. The watchmaker replaces the battery or checks the winding mechanism, evaluates the movement for audible irregularities, inspects and replaces gaskets as needed, and reseals the case. Crown operation and setting functions are tested. The exterior is wiped and inspected for notable wear. A gentle and practical way to help a watch continue performing as it should.
- Battery replacement (quartz) or winding mechanism check (mechanical)
- Movement evaluation for audible irregularities
- Gasket inspection and replacement as required
- Case resealing and crown/stem function test
- Exterior inspection and wipe-down

MYR 1,450
Comprehensive Service
Expected timeline of eight to fourteen working days
A thorough disassembly and reconditioning of the entire watch. The movement is stripped, cleaned in specialised solutions, and rebuilt with fresh lubricants and any necessary replacement parts. Timing is regulated across multiple positions. The dial and hands are inspected and cleaned carefully. The case is refinished to reduce surface marks, and a new crystal is fitted if the existing one is compromised. Water resistance is tested to the rated specification. Well-suited for watches reaching their recommended service interval.
- Complete movement disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning
- Reassembly with fresh watchmaking lubricants
- Timing regulation across multiple positions
- Dial and hands inspection and cleaning
- Case refinishing and crystal replacement if required
- Water resistance testing to rated specification

MYR 3,600
Bespoke Restoration
Typically four to ten weeks depending on scope
A patient and considered service for vintage, rare, or deeply personal timepieces. The approach begins with a consultation to discuss the piece's history and the owner's goals. Work is tailored to each watch and may include movement reconditioning, sourcing of period-correct replacement parts, dial conservation, lume restoration, and case or bracelet rehabilitation. Progress photographs are shared throughout. All original parts are retained and returned alongside the restored watch.
- Initial consultation about the piece's history and goals
- Movement reconditioning tailored to the calibre
- Period-correct part sourcing for vintage calibres
- Dial conservation and lume restoration where appropriate
- Progress photographs shared at key milestones
- All original parts returned to the owner

Best for
Watches in regular use that run well but haven't had attention recently
Best for
Mechanical watches at or past their service interval, or with noticeable timekeeping changes
Best for
Vintage, rare, or personally meaningful timepieces requiring considered, bespoke attention
Across all services
Technical standards that don't vary by price
The level of care applied to a Standard Maintenance is the same as that applied to a Bespoke Restoration — the scope changes, not the attention.
Secure Handling
Every watch is handled in a controlled environment, stored securely when not on the bench, and logged with a reference number throughout its time with us.
Careful Examination
We work under appropriate magnification and lighting conditions for the task. Rushed examination under poor conditions leads to missed details.
Proper Lubrication
Lubricants are selected and applied according to movement type and position — never approximated or generalised across different calibres.
Reliable Timelines
We give timeline estimates we can stand behind. If something unexpected delays a service, we'll contact you — not wait for you to ask.
Honest Advice
If a watch doesn't need a particular service, we'll say so. Our aim is for you to leave knowing your watch received exactly what it required.
Service Record
Every piece leaves with a written note of what was done, what was found, and timing results where applicable — useful for your records and future reference.
